road trip

Greg & I drove down to Seattle to visit his cousin Dominic, his wife, Irina, & their little ones.
We brought Thomas, Grace & Trinity along with us. The older girls had a great time at Grama's house for the weekend.
Grace & Cin-Cin fell asleep in the car. Wake up, girls, we're almost there.
Grace, Cecilia, and Trinity are having a little tea party. O.K, so there isn't any tea, but they are dressed up and eating cake and cookies. mmm
The three dancing princesses! These girls spent the whole weekend dressing up as princesses, trading dresses, crowns, and shoes. Sweet.

How cute is Alex?!Thomas and Theodore playing Battleship. A rare quiet moment. Thomas and his cousins get along really well together and it is so nice to see them spend time with each other. Thomas had a super-fun time with Theodore and Benedict, having sword fights, making a lot of noise with hammers (there were a few squished plastic soldiers) and running around the back yard with capes on.
Dominic & Irina, thank you so much for having us over. We had a great time. It was also nice to meet Irina's cousin Thea, her husband, Ron, and their three boys. We had a really nice dinner together the first night we were there. Why didn't I get any pictures?!
Dominic and Gregory went sailing in a race on Saturday, which was very exciting from what the guys said. Gregory loved it......no...we don't need a sail boat!
Too bad I forgot my camera on Sunday as we went to a lovely Byzantine Catholic mass. It was beautiful. After church we went out for pizza, (the eggplant one was so good) before heading home. Here is Grace playing at the ferry terminal in Vancouver.
