I packed a little picnic lunch and we all headed off to Shawnigan lake for the afternoon. The weather was perfect. We had a great day, swimming, playing Yahtzee, and a lot of families that we know showed up as well, so there were lots of kids to play together.

Gregory is using this motorized thing-a-ma-jig to check stuff out. The kids had a lot of fun trying it, too.
Trinity put a branch in the sand and was watering it. She was so cute and happy in the water. I was amazed that she kept her life jacket on! (She can be quite fussy about things like that)
