the best fish I have ever had

Gregory made the most amazing meal yesterday. The Basa fish (first time we have tried this type of fish) was grilled, then served with a Mornay sauce & sauteed portabello mushrooms & fresh herbs from our garden. This was probably the best fish I have ever had.
I made the salad & polenta to go with the meal.
Tatabun joined us for dinner. The wine was bought in a castle/winery in Italy.
Grace is going back for more polenta.
I made a blueberry tart for dessert.
