Fiddlehead salad

I have always wanted to try fiddleheads, ever since I read the kids "Trolls" by Polly Horvath.
I finally got some, and made them into a delicious salad with tomatoes, garlic, Dijon mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper.
The whole meal was steak, crab, salad, bread, and roast potatoes.
