Moroccan chicken

The other night I made Moroccan chicken, couscous salad for dinner. It is a pretty quick recipe and really good. We never have left-overs! Here is the recipe for the chicken.
Heat 2 Tbsp olive oil in large skillet over high heat
Add 1 large onion, chopped, saute about 5 mins.
Add 1 1/2 Lbs sliced chicken. (I used skinless boneless chicken thighs)
Cook for 2 mins.
Add
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Place chicken on serving platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
I served the Moroccan chicken with a couscous salad that I made the night before, but usually I make a lentil salad, which is also delicious. Let me know if you try this recipe.
