Chestnut cake
Gregory brought some chestnut puree back from Italy , hoping I would make a chestnut cake with it. I have never even tasted a chestnut cake, so this was sort of fun. I found a recipe on line for a flourless chocolate chestnut cake, and decided to make it for Greg's birthday.
