summer bar-b-q

Now that Gregory is home, we can have nice bar-b-q's again. Gregory is a master of the grill!
For dinner last night we had grilled pork chops, pita bread & tzatziki, and a salad. For the salad, Gregory grilled 3 whole portabello mushrooms and some red & yellow peppers. While the veggies were still warm we sliced them and mixed them with feta cheese, green onions, and lots of fresh herbs from the garden. Tossed with a homemade dressing, it was great.
Here we are eating outside. The wine is from a local winery, Zanatta. Greg & I purchased 12 different Zanatta wines at a charity silent auction. It's very nice wine, and went well with the meal.
